The token
One token. Every surface.
ORO is not a product on its own. It is the utility that connects the ecosystem — one balance, one identity, across everything we build.
01Access
Reach every surface
Holding ORO opens the premium surfaces of the ecosystem — research tooling, developer infrastructure and the Academy's advanced tracks — without a separate account or subscription for each.
02Participate
One unit across the whole ecosystem
The same token is the unit of participation everywhere. Move between AI tooling, education and settlement without converting, bridging or re-onboarding.
03Direct
Help decide what gets built
Holders direct which surfaces are prioritised and in what order. Governance is the point of holding, not a feature bolted on afterwards.
Token utility
What the token unlocks.
One credential, read the same way by every surface. Below is what it is meant to open, the state each of those surfaces is actually in, and the things it will never do.
A key, not a holding.
It opens access and carries a vote. It does not pay anything out, does not represent revenue, and is not listed anywhere. Everything on this page is written against that definition. A use that does not fit it does not get built.
Issuance
No schedule published.
The issuance model is still being written. Total supply is fixed and published in Tokenomics; how it is released over time is not, and a schedule printed before that work is finished would be a guess. It gets filled here when the model is fixed, and not before.
Eight empty slots. No issuance parameter is fixed.
The check
One credential. Four reads. Nothing kept.
Credential sits in the holder's wallet
01PresentThe holder signs from that wallet. No account is created and no profile is opened.
02ReadThe surface reads the credential at that moment. It does not take a copy of it.
03ScopeThe surface returns what that credential opens there, and nothing wider than that.
04ReleaseThe grant ends with the session. The next visit runs the same four reads again.
No record kept on either side
Drawn as intended, not as built. This is the order the check is meant to run in. No surface runs it today, and the drawing is a schematic rather than a specification.

None of the six accepts the credential today. The state beside each one is the state of that surface, not of the token.
Term
Governance
The right to vote on how a surface is run: what gets funded, what gets deprecated, who maintains it. Planned to product decisions — not a claim on a treasury, on revenue, or on anything ORO owns.
PlannedGovernance mechanism. Ballot scope, quorum and voting mechanics are being designed. No vote has been held.
Boundaries
What it is not.
No yield. It does not pay out. No rate, no staking return, no share of anything ORO earns.

The core
Everything routes here.
The token sits at the centre of the ecosystem, not beside it. Every surface we build connects back to the same unit of access, participation and governance.
The token is not the product. It is the thing that lets six separate surfaces behave as one system: how access is granted, how usage is counted, and how value would move between them. Below is the shape of those connections, and how far each one has been taken. Every line on this diagram is a design. None of it is deployed.
OROThe access layer the six surfaces share. It is not an asset and not a claim on revenue. No contract has been deployed, so nothing on this diagram is live.
01EducationIn ProgressWritten material and structured courses. Drafting is under way. Nothing is published and no enrolment is open.
02IntelligenceIn ProgressMetered access to models and analysis. Being built against a written specification. There is no interface to use yet.
03ResearchIn ProgressFindings, methods and datasets published in the open. Work has started. Nothing has been released.
04InfrastructurePlannedAccounting for the compute and storage the other surfaces consume. Written down as a requirement. No provider agreement exists.
05Developer toolingPlannedA client library and command-line tools for the surfaces above. Requirements are written. Nothing has been released.
06SettlementPlannedThe path by which value would move between the other five surfaces. Being designed. No contract has been deployed.
Return path · designed, not built
Read this as a schematic, not a map. The rail on the left is the token; each lead is one surface’s connection to it. The dashed bracket on the right is Settlement — the path by which value would move back between the other five surfaces. It is drawn because it has been designed, and dashed because it does not exist.
The node repeats the state and nothing more. Solid: in progress. Centre dot: scoped. Empty ring: planned. The word beside each surface is what carries the state; remove the drawing and the page still says the same thing.
Counted from the list above, not estimated: three surfaces in progress, one at planned. None is deployed.
This diagram shows no contract address, no audit, no exchange listing and no user, because none of those exists yet. Each will appear here on the day it does.

A filled mark means the surface is in scope for the token. The label beside it is how far along that surface actually is — and two of the six are still only on paper.
Access
What holding it opens.
ORO is a key, not a holding. Participation deepens in four levels, and each level widens the part of the work you can reach — what you can read, what you can run, what you can build against, what you are allowed to change. No level has a threshold attached to it. That decision has not been made, so the number is missing here rather than guessed.

named, nothing done
Nothing here is live. These four levels describe a design for access, not a product you can open today, and the thresholds that would separate them have not been decided by anyone. The state beside each surface is the state of that surface: it is the same at every level, because a level changes what you may do, not how far the work has got. When thresholds are set they will be published here with the reasoning that produced them, rather than announced as a number. Access is admission to work — it is not a claim on anything.

Security & governance
What is written, and what is in force.
ORO has not launched. There is no audited contract, no token in circulation, and no third party vouching for us. What follows is the record as it stands, with the empty half left in.
Where a page like this usually carries badges, this one carries the state of the work. Four programme items sit below. Three have a written specification. None of them are in force. That is the accurate description of a project before launch, and the only thing that changes it is closing the gap.
Four state words are used across this site: In Progress, Planned, Planned, Coming Soon. Three of them appear below. The word carries the state — nothing here is coded by colour, and nothing is rounded up. Written means a specification exists. In force means it is running where someone could rely on it.

TodayThe scope document exists: token contract, access control, the upgrade path, and settlement. It tells a reviewer what to try to break, rather than what to confirm.

TodayContracts are written and tested locally against the specification. Behaviour is being pinned down while changing it is still cheap.
Not yetThere is no mainnet address, no test address we ask anyone to use, and no token in circulation. Any address presented as ORO's today is not ours.
03
Governance mechanism
The narrow set of decisions token holders actually decide.
StatePlanned
WrittenYes
In forceNot yet
TodayVersion one is deliberately small: which surfaces open to token access next, parameter changes inside published bounds, and the categories treasury spending may fall into. Anything outside that stays an ordinary company decision, and will be labelled as one.
Not yetNo proposal has been written, no vote has run, and no forum is open. Governance that has never been exercised is a document, not a mechanism.
04
Exchange listing
Where the token could be held or traded, once one exists.
StateComing Soon
WrittenNot yet
In forceNot yet
TodayNothing. No venue has been approached, and no listing work has begun. It sits last because a contract that has not been audited has no business being tradable.
Not yetNo exchange has listed ORO, agreed to list ORO, or been asked to. Anything offering ORO for sale today is selling something else.
Outside those four items, the record is empty.
No signer is appointed. No security contact is live. No bounty is funded. There is no treasury address to report, because there is no treasury address. The disclosure policy and the key-custody model are drafts, and a draft protects nobody.
No firm, exchange, foundation, auditor or institution has reviewed, certified, endorsed or partnered with ORO. There are no logos in this section because there is nothing to put in one.
The line stops where the record stops. Nothing here is behind a click — the control above only makes this section shorter, never longer. Each line is written to be updated in place on the day it stops being true.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Including the awkward ones. Where the answer is "that does not exist yet", it says exactly that.
What is ORO, in one sentence?
ORO is a technology ecosystem spanning artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, education, research, developer tooling and Web3 settlement. The token is the utility that connects those surfaces — it is what gives you access, participation and a say in what gets built.
Is the token an investment?
No, and nothing on this site is written to suggest otherwise. There is no yield, no return, no staking reward and no price commitment. ORO is a utility token: it exists to grant access and participation across the ecosystem. If you are looking for an asset to hold for appreciation, this is not that.
What actually exists today?
The education and research surfaces are the furthest along and are in progress. Infrastructure and developer tooling are planned but not built. Settlement is planned. No contract is deployed, and the roadmap on this page deliberately claims no delivery dates.
Why is the allocation marked "indicative"?
Because it is not final. Publishing a distribution as settled fact before it is settled is the most common dishonesty on a token site, and we would rather show the shape and label it honestly than print a precise-looking number we might change.
Do I need the token to use the Academy?
No. The Academy stands on its own and you can learn without holding anything. The token changes what you can reach — advanced tracks, research tooling and the developer layer as it arrives — and it is what lets one balance work across every surface instead of a separate account for each.
What does governance actually control?
Which surfaces get prioritised, and in what order. That is a real decision with real consequences for what ships — and it is also, honestly, the part of the model that is least built. The mechanism is designed, not deployed.
End of record
Below this line, nothing exists yet.
ORO is pre-launch. Nothing above this line has shipped. Every part of the plan carries a state, and none of those states is finished. There is nothing on this page to buy.
The written record stops at this mark. Everything past it is unwritten.
This is not a progress bar. The solid part is a fixed length and does not report how much of ORO is built. No percentage complete is published, because none has been measured.
Programme items
Four things a reader might reasonably expect from a token project. None of the four exists yet. The state word is the whole claim.
01Independent auditThe scope of an external review has been written. No firm is engaged and no report exists. In Progress
02Contract deploymentThe contract is being designed. Nothing is deployed to any network, test or main.Planned
03Governance mechanismHow decisions get made is still being designed. There is no vote, forum or process to join.Planned
04Exchange listingNo work has begun and none is scheduled. No exchange has been approached and none has agreed to anything.Coming Soon
There is no next step on this page. No waitlist, no allocation, no form, no sale. When any of this changes, the state word beside it changes with it.
The token is how the ecosystem is intended to be used: access, participation, and governance once that mechanism exists. It is not an investment product, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell one.
